Client data is treated with the utmost privacy and confidentiality. It is not shared with third parties without explicit user consent or as required by applicable laws and regulations.
7. Data Ownership and Control
All the data entered into the CRM by you is your property, and you have complete control over it. You can edit / delete at your convienience.
8. Data Retention
Data is retained on the server as long as your subsciption is active. Post expiry of subscription, data will be retained for 30 days and will be automatically deleted from the server. Once deleted, it connot be recoverd. For manual data deleted, please refer to pt no. 13
9. Data Security and Encryption
Client data is securely stored in cloud storage infrastructure. Robust security measures, including encryption, access controls, regular audits, and data backups, are in place to safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of the data.
10. Third-Party Integrations
There are no third party integrations as for now. This section will be updated as we go on.
11. Customer Support and Data Access
No employee / staff will ask for your credentials for support. Instead, a demo account will be provided to you to address any technical glitch and will be resolved accordingly.
12. Data Transfer
Data stays in Asia / India based server. International data transfer across global server is prohibhited.
13. Data Deletion
To remove your data and end your subscibtion, kindly email us to care@clientflow360.in with title as "Data Removal"
